These details help us resolve issues faster:
- The email or username you use to sign in
- Your device model and iOS version
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- Screenshots, if something looks wrong on screen
Common topics
- Account & sign-in — password reset and verification are handled through the sign-in flow in the app.
- Pen pals — both people need an account. Search by username to send a letter.
- Ember letters — the countdown starts when the recipient opens the letter. After it expires, the letter is removed.
- Delete account — you can delete your account from Profile in the app. This removes your profile and your side of stored letters.
